Sub Maroon and Snow

From the summit of Maroon Peak, we gazed over with anxious eyes at the shorter spur or this massif, North Maroon a half mile away. We had planned on making the traverse, but with the clouds rapidly building and the fresh early season snow, I would have to settle for a photo today.
